@@StrongholdDefenseSecurity none of the BLM campgrounds in the Moab area have hookups. The amenities are individual sites, a fire pit, and a picnic table and garbage collection. There is potable water available at the Wind whistle CG located about 30 miles south of Moab.

Actually, according to the song writer, Bill Tanoff, his intent was to write a song about West Virginia, but in writing the song he used landmarks located in VA. 😁 He stated he wrote the song while driving thru Maryland.

I have seen videos where individuals with that situation will use a pair of pliars to pinch the "rails" on the seat together so they could then install the "clamp". Fortunately I didn't run into that issue. I hope that helps. Sean
